To prepare for or improve on IB, this course will maximise reading, writing, and analysing skills through Linguistic and Literature analysis and Essay Writing methods. We approach this course with the students through practising on intensive past papers and mock papers. Prepare students for the most challenging literary and language texts. Improve student's analytical skills on literature and linguistic texts for both seen and unseen commentary/ comparative essays by helping students understand and recognise text and writing techniques and styles.

English Language
the IGCSE English Language course is a non-fictional text-heavy subject. We help our students to be able to confidently read, understand, interpret and respond to the texts given to them. During this course, students must be able to interpret the writer's intentions and style through the use of linguistic techniques and devices, we will guide our students to achieve this skill by preparing organised and clear materials and teaching methods. We will also monitor students' writing style by helping them become masterly on grammar, spelling, punctuations, sentence & paragraph structure and range of vocabulary.

The IGCSE English Literature course is for students to write a commentary and response essay to extracts of texts, including prose, poetry, drama plays and classic novels e.t.c Similarly to the Language course, we help our students to be able to comment, analyse and interpret the writer's intention and writing style, through this, students will be able to independently create meaning and make a clear observation from the extracts. We will also monitor students' writing style by helping them become masterly on grammar, spelling, punctuations, sentence & paragraph structure and range of vocabulary.

Cambridge AS and A Levels English Language
Academic Tutoring for the Cambridge International AS / A Levels English Language course aims to train and prepare students for their examination. This course will focus on the skill of reading, language analysis, writing and language topics, challenging students with easy to hard texts and help student to draw out language analysis theories and styles.

Academic Tutoring for the Cambridge International AS / A Levels English Literature course aims to train and prepare students for their examination. This course will focus on the skill of literature analysis of different genres, complex themes, and teach students how to write analysis and opinion writing.

Pearson Edexcel A levels English Language and Literature
Differing to the programme by CIE (Cambridge). The Edexcel A levels English Language and Literature is a 2-in-1, covering both language and literature analysis, with coursework. UK MET will train students for their exams and help student with their creative coursework piece, compiling of three writings.
